Christina DVM, CCRV
Dr. Christina Meschkat is a dedicated companion animal veterinarian based in Saskatoon, SK, with a passion for rehabilitative care. She earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) with Great Distinction from the University of Saskatchewan's Western College of Veterinary Medicine in 2020, building on a solid foundation with a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Victoria, where she graduated with Distinction in 2014.
Christina has over four years experience as a general practitioner in both medicine and general surgery. Her commitment to continuous learning is evident in her pursuit of certifications, including becoming a Certified Canine Rehabilitation Veterinarian from Chi University in 2023, and certification in Medical Acupuncture for Veterinarians through Curacore in 2024. She has also completed Silver Certification in Low Stress Handling.
Dr. Meschkat is excited to announce she is a partner in a new start up veterinary practice focused on veterinary rehabilitation, Bridge City Veterinary Rehabilitation to provide additional needed veterinary services in Saskatoon!
Beyond her professional achievements, Christina finds joy in her companions at home—Zero the dog, Hope the cat, and Jasper the Pacific Parrotlet. Outside the clinic, she enjoys English riding lessons, and embraces an active lifestyle through hiking, camping, kayaking, spin cycling, and participating in rec-league soccer and volleyball.
